We are writing this letter to let you know how pleased we are with the replacement windows your company installed last week. We have had many estimates over the past five years, but it was obvious to us when your estimator came to the house and provided us with a demonstration that these windows were of the finest quality we have seen.

We also wanted to let you know about the superior customer service we received from your company. An appointment was made to demonstrate the windows with our mother and a second trip was made to show them to her daughters. The estimator understood that we wanted to make sure our elderly mother was purchasing a quality window at a reasonable price. Our mother's house has an unusual nine section front window that did not allow for the standard replacement window without modifying the interior woodwork. The situation was assessed, and an alternative option was offered which allowed for new windows without sacrificing the lovely specialized woodwork. The customer service demonstrated by your staff has been exemplary.

Lastly but most importantly was the installation process. The installer was very polite in working around my mother's busy schedule in coming to the house to measure for her windows. The workers were personable, skilled, and diligent. We were particularly impressed with the way these men managed time with regard to this huge undertaking. We can honestly tell you these men never stopped working. However, what was most impressive to our family was the pride these men took in their work. So often when you have people do work at your house they hurriedly shove things together so they can move onto the next job. After awhile you think craftsmen who take pride in doing a job right have vanished off the face of this earth. All a person has to do is gaze at the beautiful job your company did on our mother's picture window to know quality craftsmen do still exist. We are enclosing a picture so you can include it in your book to show potential customers. There are several people who have this same type of picture window in our subdivision who need to see first hand the transformation that can be performed to make their windows as beautiful and easy to maintain as ours.
